Wei Wei began her dance journey in classical ballet under Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Program at the age of 7. She began teaching ballet on a part time basis since she was 17 years old.

Wei Wei was actively involved herself in the competition and showcase in high school as well as university with audience group ranging up to 3,000 people. The performance included Ballet, Chinese Dance, Contemporary Dance and etc.

Wei Wei joined Tutu Toe Dance Academy during her university as she wish to fulfil her passion in dancing and teaching. She pursue her RAD Teacher Certification in order to become a more qualified teacher.

Being a teacher, Wei Wei emphasized on helping students to enjoy their ballet class, at the same time learned to be self-discipline. She strive to inspire students to establish self-esteem, express themselves and create art through the power of dance. She always believed that learning ballet is wonderful for children, because it teaches discipline, grace, and manners.
