Ballet Strengthening Class 🌟
A program specially for kids ages 4-6 and ages 7 & above. It focused on developing the physical and technical foundations that support ballet training.

Promotes body awareness and reinforces correct posture and
alignment.

✨Flexibility with Strength
Combines stretching exercises with strength-building techniques.

✨Muscle Strength and Control
Targets the core, legs, feet, back, and arms to build endurance and
stability.

✨Balance and Stability
Enhances control through various balance exercises (e.g. balancing
on one leg).
​
✨Coordination and Precision
Develops isolated movement skills for the arms, legs, and torso.
