When my daughter began ballet at the age of three, it marked the start of my own deep involvement in the world of ballet. For over 20 years, I have been captivated by the beauty and technical depth of this noble art, while continuously seeking ways to address the challenges that contribute to the development of the entire industry.

 

Ballet is a world where, behind its dazzling performances, rigorous training and immense effort are required.

 

As both a parent and a passionate supporter of ballet, I have dedicated myself to creating an optimal environment where young dancers can grow physically and mentally.

 

I have worked tirelessly to establish a strong support system that enables them to confidently develop their skills

and take flight toward their future.

 

In 2015, together with my husband, I co-founded the "ASIA BALLET AGENCY," where we provide

comprehensive and advanced support tailored to the diverse challenges faced by studio operators

and dancers.

 

By strengthening our collaborations with professional ballet companies and educational institutions,

we contribute to the sustainable growth of the industry.

 

Additionally, we support dancers in participating in various international ballet events, ensuring

they have the confidence to shine on the world stage.

 

The international ballet competition, "The World Ballet Trial," which we founded in 2016, is the

culmination of our passion and belief.

This competition offers young talents valuable opportunities to grow on an international stage,

serving as a crucial steppingstone for them to spread their wings.
